Viewers can create subtasks on External Share and Burai AI files, making collaboration more flexible while keeping editing restrictions in place.
Steps
Open an External Share or Added to Burai AI file.
Create a task.
Open the task.
Select Create subtask.
Enter subtask details and save.
Notes / Tips
Subtask creation is available only where task creation is already allowed.
Other file types keep the existing permission behavior.
