Introduction
The Clips tab shows created clips, lets you organize them, and provides common actions like rename, delete, download, and transcript viewing.
View newly created clips
Create a clip.
Return to Clips:
You’ll see the clip immediately with a GENERATING indicator.
Once ready, GENERATING changes to the duration, and more actions appear.
Reorder clips and play in order
Hover a clip row to reveal the reorder handle.
Drag and drop to reorder clips.
When you play a clip, playback auto-advances to the next clip in your chosen order.
Rename a clip
Click the clip’s three-dot menu.
Select Rename clip.
Type the new name and press Enter.
Delete a clip
Click the three-dot menu.
Select Delete clip.
Confirm deletion in the modal.
Download a clip
Click the three-dot menu.
Select Download.
Choose:
Video (mp4)
Transcript (txt)
Show/hide clip transcript inline
In the clip row, toggle Transcript ON to expand the clip transcript under the row.
Toggle OFF to collapse it.
Notes / Tips
Clip titles can’t be empty and are limited to 50 characters.
Some actions may be available to participants and users the meeting is shared with, depending on your organization’s permissions.
