How to Remove Someone’s Access to a Meeting or Clips

Introduction

You can revoke access directly from the Share Meeting modal. Changes are applied when you save.

Steps

  1. Open a meeting and click Share.

  2. In Shared with, find the user you want to remove.

  3. Open their access dropdown and select Remove access.

  4. The user row disappears and the footer changes to Save with “Pending changes”.

  5. Click Save to apply removal.

Notes / Tips

  • The Organizer can’t be removed.

  • Removing access also removes that user’s visibility in Shared with me and blocks playback.

  • If the user is assigned to meeting tasks (assignee/reviewer), they’re removed from those fields.

If you removed the wrong person, re-add them via Share and pick the correct access role.
