Use Share to invite users and see who already has access. Cross‑domain sharing works only if invitees use Burai.
Steps
Open the Share modal.
Click Share (far right in the header). The modal shows Share and Shared With sections.
Start inviting.
In Share, click the field (placeholder: “Add by name or email…”, magnifier icon). This opens the Invite users modal.
Add invitees.
Searching shows same‑organization users.
Typing a non‑org name/email shows: “Sharing meetings with people outside you organization is only supported if they’re using Burai.”
For emails, you’ll see “Keep typing an email to invite” until valid.
Selections appear under Pending invitations (avatar/name, “Can access”, bin icon).
Send invites.
Click Invite (enabled when at least one pending user). Burai validates each invitation.
Handle results.
Success: Modal closes; a success toast confirms sharing.
Partial / Failure: Modal stays open with a red message and sections for Successfully invited and Pending invitations (editable). Failed invitees stay pending for retry.
Review access.
In Shared With, see who can access: avatar/initials, full name, and Organizer or Can access labels.
Notes / Tips
You can share meetings that ended.
Roles and access can’t be edited here.
Summary / Next Steps: Invite, review, and re‑try if needed; success shows via toast and updates the Shared With list.
