Introduction
Burai adds labeled, system‑triggered comments when specific actions occur. These are distinct from normal comments and add automatic context in the Comments section of the task.

When You’ll See a System Comment

  1. Rejected a task – Triggered when an assignee rejects a task assigned to them while status is Open or In Progress. The task returns to the creator.

  2. Requested a rework – Triggered when a reviewer rejects a task that’s For Review.

  3. Changed Assignee – Triggered when the assignee replaces themselves with another user.

  4. Changed Reviewer – Triggered when the reviewer replaces themselves with a new user.

How to View Them

  1. Open any task and go to Comments. If comments exist, this section opens first by default.

  2. Look for a labeled system entry that states what happened (e.g., Rejected a task) and, where applicable, the provided reason.

Summary / Next Steps
Use system comments to track key transitions (rejections, reassignments) at a glance.
