Introduction
Burai lets you share files with people outside your organization and add files as knowledge sources for Burai AI. Each option serves a different purpose, depending on how you want others or Burai AI to use the file.
Steps
Open a file.
Select External Share to share the file with external users.
Select Add to Burai AI to make the file available as a knowledge source for Burai AI.
Follow the on‑screen steps to complete your action.
Notes / Tips
External sharing allows others to view the file without access to your organization.
Files added to Burai AI are used to answer questions and provide AI‑generated insights.
Your permissions determine whether you can share files or add them to Burai AI.
