Release summary:
This release improves Burai AI, file handling, and navigation across Projects and Departments. Users also get clearer sharing, better task and file actions, and updates to admin onboarding and Meetings views.
Features and improvements:
Burai AI
Users can keep the chat input visible while they scroll through longer conversations in Burai AI.
Users see updated Burai AI wording that matches the current product terminology.
Departments
Users see folders before files in Projects and Departments, with items sorted alphabetically within each group.
Users can open Projects alongside Departments, with files and tasks following the correct context.
Users can use the updated file and folder menu in Projects and Departments to download or delete items, while move and remove actions are no longer shown.
Users can drag and drop files and folders within a Project or Department to reorganize content.
Files
Users can browse a dedicated “Shared with me” view for files that others share with them.
Users can add files to Burai AI using updated wording that matches the action they are taking.
Users see clearer file lifecycle and sharing labels across file views and menus.
Admin Page
Users see updated onboarding copy for OneDrive connection and elevated permissions guidance.

Fixed file lists so only files exported to Burai AI appear when users reference source files.
Fixed Burai AI so it shows the current conversation in Recents while users work in expanded view.
Fixed Burai AI so it uses readable due dates and user names in generated output.
Fixed Burai AI so it answers using included files and keeps navigation within the correct page when users click linked content.
Fixed the source picker and sidebar layout so departments and suggestions display in the correct place without clipping.
Files
Fixed file deletion, folder uploads, and working copy actions so users can manage content in Projects and Departments reliably.
Fixed file sharing and access displays so shared files, external share tabs, and permission labels only show the correct items.
Fixed file preview, breadcrumb, and status behavior so media files open correctly, navigation stays accurate, and Burai AI status updates remain consistent.
Fixed archived files to show an archive indicator in list views.
Departments
Fixed breadcrumb navigation, invitation links, and tab order so users reach the correct Departments pages and details views.
Fixed department and project permissions so editors can export files to Burai AI and shared roles stay consistent.
Task Management
Fixed task navigation, breadcrumb behavior, and expanded task views so users can open tasks from search and move through related pages correctly.
Meetings
Fixed meeting navigation so the My calendar tab opens correctly after users follow a shared clip notification.
