How to Configure Email AI Agent: Folders, Senders & Auto‑Creation

When you access Email AI Agent, it navigates you straight to folder and sender setup.

Steps

1. Click on User Profile and select Email AI Agent Settings or Account Settings.

2. Once in Settings, click on Email AI Agent, then select Customize.


3. In the new window, under “Choose which email folders Burai should create tasks from,” check the Inbox box, then click Next.


4. A second window titled “Customize senders you want to create tasks from” will appear. Here, you can select which senders should generate tasks, or uncheck any senders you do not want tasks from.


5. Once you’ve finished your selections, make sure to save your changes.
