Introduction
Files added to Burai AI are used as knowledge sources for AI responses. This view lets you browse and manage which files contribute to organization‑wide or personal AI knowledge.
Steps
Open Files.
Select Added to Burai AI.
Review the default Organization knowledge view.
Click on Filters button.
Toggle to Personal knowledge to see files added only by you.
Open any file to review the exported snapshot.
Notes / Tips
Only PDF files appear in this tab.
Organization knowledge is visible to users with the required permissions.
If you lack organization access, the organization view shows an empty state.
