The media player at the bottom controls audio/video and stays synced with Overview and Transcript.
Steps
Use the fixed player.
The player is always visible at the bottom of the Meeting page.
Understand chapters.
AI‑generated chapters appear along the timeline; the active chapter is highlighted.
Hover for details.
Move your cursor over the timeline to see a chapter card with timestamp, speaker avatar + name, and chapter title.
Click to navigate.
Click anywhere on the timeline or a chapter marker to start playback from that point. Overview/Transcript scroll to match.
How to Use Playback Controls (Play/Pause, Skip, Speed, Volume, Fullscreen)
Player controls below the timeline let you navigate, adjust speed, download artifacts, and go fullscreen.
Steps
Know the layout.
Below the timeline:
Left: Reverse 10s, Previous speaker, Playback Speed (1x)
Center: Play/Pause
Right: Fast Forward 10s, Next speaker, Download
Far right: Volume slider, Fullscreen
Play/Pause.
Toggle both audio and video; icon changes (▶ / ❚❚). Transcript highlighting pauses/resumes.
Skip / Speakers.
Use ±10s; jump by speaker using Previous/Next speaker (based on AI topic/speaker segments).
Speed.
Click 1x to cycle speeds: 1.2x, 1.5x, 1.7x, 2x (persists during the session).
Download.
Choose Video (mp4), AI recap (txt), or Transcript (txt).
Adjust volume & fullscreen.
Set volume or toggle fullscreen for the video thumbnail.
Notes / Tips
Chapter segments scale to meeting duration; playback and inline video stay synchronized.
Tooltips: “Rewind 10 seconds,” “Forward 10 seconds,” “Previous/Next speaker,” “Playback speed,” “Download,” “Mute/Unmute,” “Enter/Exit full screen.”
Time indicators: current time (left) and total duration (right) update in real time.
Summary / Next Steps: Hover to preview, click to jump, and follow synced content across tabs. Use the center controls for play, side controls for skipping/speed, and the far right for volume/fullscreen.
