    • Effort: The amount of effort or time estimated or spent on the task. Effort must be logged in a specific format, and only this format is accepted (e.g., 2w 4d 6h 8m). This field can be left empty.

    • Due Date: The deadline by which the task needs to be completed. The task creator can change the due date. This field can be left empty.

    • File: If a task is created on a file, this label is displayed in the task details. The file is clickable and opens the File tab within the Burai file details page. If the user is currently on the file, the page will refresh when clicking on this field.

    • Source: If a task is created on a file, this label appears in the task details, indicating where the file was created (e.g., SharePoint). The source is clickable and redirects “outside” of Burai. When clicked, a pop-up appears displaying the source.

  1. Task ID, Title and Description: At the top of the detailed view, information about the task title and description is displayed, providing a quick overview of what the task involves. The task ID, a unique identifier, is located at the top, and directly below the title, there is a description field that provides additional context or specific instructions related to the task. Description is mandatory field.

  2. Source: Just beneath the description, if it exists, the source of the task is displayed, such as any linked documents or files associated with it. This is useful for quickly accessing the necessary resources to complete the task.

  3. Attachments: Below the Details section, there is an Attachments section. This section allows users to view and add attachments relevant to the task, where the number indicates how many items are attached to the current task. By clicking on 'Add Attachment,' items can be added one by one, and they can be removed by simply clicking on the trash can icon. It’s a place to store documents, images, or other files that are necessary for completing the task.

5. Comments:
The Comments section is where team members can communicate about the task by leaving comments or mentioning someone for communication purposes. It allows team members to provide updates, discussing details, ask questions, share feedback, or clarify details related to the task. By mentioning individuals, the relevant team members are notified, ensuring effective collaboration and real-time communication within the task.

If the task includes any comments, the Comments section will be displayed in the task details by default. This ensures that any discussion or important notes about the task are immediately visible when task details are opened. Users can review, add, or respond to comments directly in this section, keeping all communication centralized.

6. Task Workflow: At the top of the task details, the current workflow stage of the task is displayed, indicating its status. The available status options depend on how the task was created:

The action buttons available on the task card—such as the checkmark (✓) to move a task to review or approve it, and the "X" to reject a task—are also available within the Task Details view. This ensures that whether the task is viewed from the card or the detailed view, the same options to manage the task efficiently are displayed.

  • For tasks created within Burai, the task can have one of the following statuses:

    • Open: The task is active and awaiting work to be done.
