Introduction
The Shared with me view gives you access to files that others have shared directly with you, without exposing entire folders or departments.
Steps
Open the Files section.
Select Shared with me.
Browse the list of shared files.
Open the file you want to view or edit.
Notes / Tips
You only see files that were explicitly shared with you.
Access levels depend on your role:
Viewer → view only
Editor → view and edit
You do not gain access to the file’s parent folder or department.
You can create working copies if you have edit access.
