Features and Improvements
Consent for OneDrive has to be granted by a domain admin at the organization level; otherwise, users cannot connect OneDrive.
Enterprise users can log in without admin-accepted scopes but will need to fill out an approval form for OneDrive connection.
Outlook can be connected individually by each user, but when consent is granted at the organization level by a domain admin, manual setup by users is not required.
Only domain admins can revoke consents, with a clear process and feedback for users.
Admins who are not domain admins can access the Consents page with disabled buttons and informative tooltips.
Users can create subtasks directly from the task preview sidebar, improving task management efficiency.
The 'Select Spot' and 'Highlight Text' buttons are relocated below the task description in the sidebar for better accessibility.
Updated onboarding copy for connecting Gmail and Google Drive, enhancing user guidance.
