Release summary:
This release introduces the ability to share files with external collaborators outside of user’s domain on Google and Microsoft. Additionally, it is now possible to share Projects with external collaborators on the Google platform. With this release, users that don’t have their Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive connected will still be able to access projects and files that have been shared with them. This release also enhances the DataBridge setup and customisation flows, improves integration experiences with Microsoft and Google services. The Microsoft and Google login flows have been optimised, along with optimisations made to other integrations like Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Gmail and Outlook. Additionally, several bugs related to task assignment, notifications, and file sharing have been addressed.

Allowed external sharing of Google projects during creation and within existing projects, respecting company settings.
Enabled limited project access for users without connected drives, allowing them to view shared projects with restricted functionality.
Disabled 'Create project' buttons for users without connected OneDrive or Google Drive to prevent errors.
Replaced the 'Connect' button with a 'Processing emails...' state in DataBridge settings to indicate active email processing.
Enabled auto-refresh of the 'My To-Do' section after DataBridge setup to display new tasks immediately.
Implemented a guided flow for initial DataBridge setup, enhancing user onboarding for Google and Microsoft users.
Reduced the email lookback window for new senders in DataBridge from 4 weeks to 7 days to improve performance.
Removed outdated logout messages in OneDrive and Outlook integration flows for a cleaner user experience.
Updated Gmail and Outlook integration flows to handle 'Cancel' actions and redirect users appropriately.
Streamlined OneDrive integration by removing manual login steps and automating authentication.
Bug Fixes
Fixed issue where users with 0 selected senders did not see 'Changes saved' toast immediately after customisation.
Resolved issue where private Outlook/Cross-platform users incorrectly received emails for shared projects.
Addressed issue where private users could not edit roles on files shared with them.
Fixed inability to remove private users from files in the Overview and Share modal.
Corrected issue where the task detail source/file button failed to open file preview for tasks.
Fixed notification unread badge counter not updating correctly.
Resolved issue where Databridge assigned tasks to the wrong user.
Fixed wrong cross-platform sharing error screen.
