Use the attachment component while you write a comment.
Steps
Start typing your comment.
Click Add attachment and pick a file.
The file appears above the input, with a visible recycle bin icon.
You can remove an attachment before sending by clicking the recycle bin icon.
Post the comment. Your attached file appears under the comment.
Open an attached file by clicking it; it opens in a new window.
