Introduction
Burai’s Share button offers two options: Native Share for Microsoft sharing, and External Share for PDF snapshot sharing.
Steps
Open the file.
Click Share.
Choose one option:
Native Share (opens the Microsoft Share modal)
External Share (creates/edits a PDF snapshot share)
Notes / Tips
For file types that don’t support External Share, clicking Share takes you directly to Native Share.
External Share is available on both document versions and Working Copies. If you share from a Working Copy, the snapshot is tied to that Working Copy.
