Introduction
The Created by filter in My To‑Do lists creators from the first page of tasks, with search to add anyone else. The sidebar opens on the right-hand side inside the Tasks section.
Steps
Open Tasks > My To‑Do.
Click Filter to open the sidebar; Created by is first in the list.
Use the default creator list.
Shows first‑page creators only (20 tasks per Overdue/Due Today/Upcoming, alphabetical).Search to add more (optional).
Click the Search button. Select a result to add it to the top and auto‑select. Additional added users appear at the top in alphabetical order. If no match, you’ll see “No results found.”
Click Apply to filter tasks. Use Reset to remove all selections.
Notes / Tips
Scope & persistence: Default list = first page only; use Search for more. Filters persist only while you stay on the page, then reset.
