How to Browse Meetings with Date Groups and Cards

Updated this week

The left pane shows a scrollable list of meetings grouped by date headers. Selecting a card updates the right‑side details.

Steps

  1. Understand date groups.

Working‑week dates always appear (even with no meetings); weekends appear only when they contain meetings.

  2. Scan cards.

Each card shows Title, Time (e.g., “09:30 - 10:15 AM”), and Organizer. Times reflect your workspace/local timezone.

  3. See recording indicators.

Past meetings with a recording show a video camera icon in the card’s top‑right corner.

  4. Select to view details.

Click a card to highlight it and refresh the header, details, tasks, and media for that meeting.

  5. Use pagination by scrolling.

Initial load: 14 days past and 14 days future.

Scroll up to load 7 more past days; scroll down to load 7 more future days.

Notes / Tips

  • Empty workday message (no meetings):
“No meetings today” / “You don’t have any meetings scheduled for this day.”

  • No upcoming in next 3 weeks:
“You’re all clear - no upcoming meetings scheduled.”

  • No past meetings:
“There are no previously scheduled meetings available.”

Summary / Next Steps: Browse, select a meeting, and use the right pane to work with its details and tasks.
