Introduction
Burai collects generated artifacts (External Shares and Copilot exports) in a single place so you can find distributed documents quickly.
Steps
Go to Files.
Open the Burai tab.
Use the artifact list to:
Identify External Share vs Copilot using the icons/badges
Sort by time
Filter by artifact type
Notes / Tips
You may see multiple External Shares for the same document (one per version that was shared).
You see only the latest Copilot export artifact for a document.
You only see artifacts you have access to.
