Introduction
If your source document changes after it was exported, Burai can mark the export as out of date so you can update Copilot with the latest content.
Steps
Open the source document that’s already exported to Copilot.
If you see Copilot export is out of date, click Update.
Review the export modal.
Click Update to re-run export and ingestion.
Notes / Tips
During update, you’ll see Adding to Copilot again.
Update replaces the content of the exported artifact while keeping:
permissions
company-wide availability setting
existing tasks/anchors
Summary / Next Steps
After update completes, status returns to Included in Copilot.
