Supported File Types for Export to Copilot and External Share

To ensure reliable processing, Burai only shows Export to Copilot and External Share options for file types that Burai can convert to PDF (or already are PDFs where applicable).

Export to Copilot is available only for:

If a file type is unsupported, you won’t see Export to Copilot anywhere (file details, context menus, or other entry points).

External Share is available only for files Burai can convert to PDF for a snapshot.

If Burai can’t convert the file, External Share is disabled/hidden, and you can still use Native Share (Microsoft sharing).

If you don’t see Export to Copilot or External Share, check the file type first. If the file is convertible but conversion fails, you’ll see a standard failure message and can retry.
