Steps

  1. Open the source document in Burai.

  2. Confirm the file type is supported (see “Supported file types” article).

  3. Click Export to Copilot.

  4. In the Export modal:

    • Review (or edit) the suggested PDF name.

    • (Optional) Enable Make this document available to everyone in the company via Copilot.

    • Check the ToS / Privacy box.

  5. Click Export to Copilot.

Notes / Tips

  • While processing, you’ll see Adding to Copilot.

  • When processing finishes, status becomes Included in Copilot, and you’ll receive a notification.

  • You can’t export from Working Copies- export is only available from the source document.

Summary / Next Steps

Once the status is Included in Copilot, you can manage visibility and access using Copilot export settings.
