Introduction
Public links open in a lightweight viewer so anyone can read the document without signing in, while keeping the experience view-only and secure.
Steps
Open the public External Share link in your browser.
Use the viewer controls:
Zoom to fit (default)
Full screen
Download
Print
If you have access inside Burai and you are signed in, you may be redirected to the file’s File Details page instead.
Notes / Tips
The Public Viewer does not show collaboration tools (comments, anchors, tasks).
If the link is expired or revoked, you’ll see an Access expired / revoked screen with an Open Burai CTA.
