Burai emails you once each morning with the tasks and meetings that matter most
for the day ahead. It draws on the same list as the My To-Do tab on your
homepage, so what you read in your inbox matches what you find when you open
Burai.
Steps
Expect it first thing.
The email is generated once a day at 7:00 AM and arrives under the heading
Here are your most important tasks and meetings for today.Read the five tasks.
The email shows five tasks, selected and ordered exactly as the My To-Do
tab orders them: by priority, and where two tasks share a priority, the newer
one first.Look for the tasks from your meetings.
Tasks that Burai created from a meeting sit in the same list as the rest and
are ranked by the same rules.Check the day's meetings.
The email lists your meetings for the day alongside the tasks.Read the empty states.
The email still arrives on a quiet day. With no active tasks it says
You have no tasks for today., and with nothing in the calendar it says
You have no meetings scheduled for today.
Notes / Tips
The email is a snapshot taken at 7:00 AM; the My To-Do tab is live. If a
task is completed, created, reassigned, or has its due date changed after the
email goes out, the two lists differ for the rest of the day. That is expected. If you have not signed in to Burai for more than 30 days, the daily email
stops.
Summary / Next Steps
Use the email as your first pass at the day, then open My To-Do in Burai for
the live list.
