How to Use Projects on Home in Burai

Read the project cards on Home to see progress and workload, and get back to the view you left.

The Projects section on Home gives you every active project as a card, so you
can judge progress without opening anything. Burai also remembers how you like
the list arranged.

Steps

  1. Go to Home > Projects.

  2. Read the cards.
Each card shows the project name, its owner, and a coloured progress
    indicator for overall completion.

  3. Scan the task counts.
Red is overdue, yellow is due today, green is upcoming.

  4. Arrange the list.
Use the controls at the top — Favorites, Filter, Sort, View
and Hide — to get the view you want.

  5. Open what you need.
Click a card to open the project's Overview, where you manage tasks,
    files and members.

Notes / Tips

  • Cards show who created the project.

  • Your Filter and View as choices are remembered, so returning to
Projects gives you the view you left.

  • Mark a project as a favourite to keep it near the top.

  • Hide a project you do not need right now to cut the clutter; hiding it does
    not affect anyone else.

  • + Create on this page starts a new project.

Summary / Next Steps

Use Home for the daily scan, and open a project when a number needs chasing.
