Release summary:
Users can now select and add files to Burai AI in bulk with clearer progress, results, and retry options. Support also expands to more file types, and Burai AI links from web search open in a new tab.
Meeting tasks and recording behavior are more reliable, with fixes for reviewer assignment and bot access after delays. Users also see a Burai AI indicator across Files views so they can tell which files are already added and whether they are out of date.
Features and improvements:
Files
• Users can now select files for bulk Add to Burai AI across supported Files views, review visibility settings before starting, and add more file types, including legacy Office, email, and image files.
• Users can now see bulk Add to Burai AI progress and final results while files are processed in the background.
• Users can now review the outcome of each file in a bulk Add to Burai AI action and retry failed files without reprocessing successful ones.
• Users can now see a Burai AI indicator next to source files across Files views, including when the Burai AI version is out of date.
Meetings
• Users can now manually invite Meeting Notetaker to the meeting with “Start recording” button if a scheduled bot has not joined within 20 minutes.
Burai AI
• Users can now open links from Live Web Search in a new browser tab so they keep their current conversation open.
Bug fixes:
Meetings
• Fixed meeting tasks so Reviewer is only assigned when it is explicitly mentioned.
• Fixed meeting pages so ended meetings load their content after the initial skeleton appears.
Burai AI
• Fixed Burai AI responses so alternative conditions stay consistent across conversation turns.
