How to Recognise the Meeting AI Agent in a Meeting

What the Meeting AI Agent is called and what it looks like when it joins, so everyone in the meeting knows what it is.

When Burai records a meeting, it joins as a participant with its own name and picture.

Everyone in the meeting can see it, including people from outside your organisation, so it helps to know what you are looking at.

Steps

1. Look for the Meeting AI Agent in the participant list.

It appears as Meeting AI Agent, followed by your organisation's name and the name of whoever scheduled the meeting.

2. Read the name to see whose agent it is.

The name follows the pattern Meeting AI Agent {organisation} ({person who scheduled the meeting}) - for example, Meeting AI Agent Acme (Jane Doe). If two people in a meeting both use Burai, the name tells you which one brought the agent.

3. Admit it when it is waiting.

The agent waits in the lobby until someone lets it in. Recording starts once it joins.

Notes / Tips

- The picture may differ between organisations; some use their own branding.

- Recording only starts once the agent has been admitted, so a meeting with the agent still in the lobby is not being recorded.

Summary / Next Steps

The Meeting AI Agent names itself after your organisation and the person who scheduled the meeting, so anyone in the meeting can tell whose it is.
