When removing a task created by DataBridge, you can optionally tell the team why.
Open the task and click ⋮ > Delete.
In the confirmation, choose Delete.
(DataBridge tasks) Optionally select a reason and add feedback, then confirm.
You can Undo or Delete permanently within the soft‑delete window.
Note
Soft‑deleted tasks remain accessible by link/notification for 48 hours before auto‑permanent deletion.
