You can soft‑delete tasks and undo within 48 hours, or delete permanently. DataBridge tasks ask (optionally) for a reason.
Open task Details > click ⋮ > Delete.
Confirm in the modal with Delete (or Cancel).
After deletion, choose Undo to restore, or Delete permanently.
If you do nothing, the system permanently deletes the task after 48 hours.
For DataBridge tasks, optionally select a reason and add feedback before deletion.
Note: Deleted tasks aren’t searchable; only direct links/notifications open them during the soft‑delete period.
