How to Manage Versions with DLM and Merge a Branch in Burai

Introduction:
DLM tracks versions, shows a timeline, and lets you branch and merge (PowerPoint/Slides) to compose a final deck from a child branch back into the parent.

Steps

  1. Open File Details > DLM to see the Document Preview (left) and DLM timeline (right).

  2. In DLM, click the next to a branch to View file or Merge with parent.

  3. In Account settings > Innovations, toggle the Merge feature on for PowerPoint/Slides if needed.

  4. When merging, review branch and main presentation side‑by‑side, pick slides, reorder if needed, then click Complete Merge. The merged version appears in the DLM history.
