Burai
The Burai tab allows users to manage and organize their published files in one centralized location. This section displays all published files in a unified view, offering various sorting options to customize the layout and enhance accessibility. It provides a streamlined way to efficiently locate and manage personal files.
Connected Drives Options
The Files section supports seamless integration with popular cloud storage services, including:
OneDrive&SharePoint
Google Drive
Based on the platform the user is using—Microsoft or Google—documents stored on that platform can be accessed from the top of the Files interface, provided the user has connected OneDrive or Google Drive to Burai.
To have access to all files and folders, the user must first connect their OneDrive or Google Drive account to Burai. This connection ensures that the user's files and folders from these drives can be synced and available for viewing and management within the Burai platform. Without this connection, access to the files and folders is not possible.
After the drive is connected, the folder structure is displayed to the user within the OneDrive & SharePoint or Google Drive tab. All user files and folders from connected drives (OneDrive, SharePoint, and Google Drive) are displayed based on the user's environment. If the user is on Microsoft, OneDrive and SharePoint will be displayed; if the user is on Google, Google Drive will be displayed. Also, when a user opens a folder in Burai, Microsoft or Google will retrieve and display its contents. The number of files and folders from the connected drive must match the number displayed in Burai.
When a connected drive tab, such as OneDrive or Google Drive, is selected, the interface is divided into two sections:
My Files: Displays all user files and folders from the connected drive based on the user's environment.
Shared with me: Shows files and folders that others have shared with you.
This structure enables users to efficiently manage their personal and shared documents within a single view, ensuring effective organization and collaboration across platforms.
