Ensure Your System Meets These Requirements Before Using Burai
To ensure that Burai operates smoothly, there are several prerequisites you need to meet:
- Office Suite Requirements:
- You need to have an Office 365 subscription or use Google Workspace.
- For Microsoft Office users, all files you want to track through Burai must be uploaded to Microsoft OneDrive. Burai cannot work with files that are stored locally on your device.
- Web Browser Requirements:
- Burai requires the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
- Internet Explorer is not supported.
- Tenant/Workspace Activation:
- Ensure that your Microsoft tenant or Google Workspace is activated.
- All users in your organization should be added to the tenant or workspace.
- Email Integration for Advanced Features:
- Your organization should use Microsoft (Outlook) or Google (Gmail) for email services. Note that extracting assignments from Gmail is not yet available in production.
